May 30, 2018 – Events – Did you know that if you go to iMIS Web Events- Dashboard – select an open event- and select Dashboard it will show you what member types have registered for that event?
April 13, 2018 – The Basics – we now have an iMIS overview saved in the library – S:LibraryiMIS
March 23, 2018 – New Self Service Feature – Members can now have previous membership receipts emailed to them when they logon to Update their Profile
Feb 20, 2018 – Notes/Calls – When you are on a members record on the far left side you can click the blue Notes button and you can easily see any previous correspondence and log a new call or note.
Jan 16, 2018 – SEARCH – No matter what page you are on, in IMIS Web at the top of the page there is a search feature. You can search any field in a member record using this search feature; name, phone number, email address, address etc.
Dec 18, 2017 – NAMES – The iMIS Web Working group officially decided on names to identity the two different accesses to iMIS we have: 1) iMIS Desktop and 2) iMIS Web. We are starting work on developing the member facing dashboard. If you have ideas; share them with Nolan

Oct 5, 2017 – Registrants for Events – under events Dashboard you can see a list of all the open events and the total registrants and total revenue. If you click on the event and then click “Registrants” tab you can see a list of all the registrants – displaying their iMIS ID, Member type, Name, Company, Email and the date they registered
Sept 14, 2017 – Search by email address – Community – Find Contacts – At the top of the page you will see a blank box with the word Keyword Search. Enter the email address (or any searchable information here) to find the member it belongs too.
August 28, 2017 – Committee updates – you can now access all committees from the Community Dashboard
August 15, 2017 Mailing labels Copy button has now been added to the iMIS staff site. Unfortunately, it’s tough to write to your clipboard in a web site, but if you select the text in the popup window and press CTRL-C, you should be able to get it into your clipboard much more easily than manually constructing the label from the pieces off the address window. – see image below
August 2, 2017 – Notes have now been added to the members profile on the far left on the iMIS Staff web site.
Changes for members – there is now a link for them to change their password and to update their address again
June 28, 2017 – I have added a new contact in iMIS named: General Inquiry – iMIS ID 1041569
Moving forward when your receive an inquiry from someone that is not currently in iMIS we can log the call under this contact. This will help us better track the true number of calls we receive and if we are able to get their name and include that in call log we can start tracking a potential history if someone is calling numerous times.
